Infectrol International Inc. with a wholly
owned subsidiary. Infectrol International (Barbados) Inc.
which were incorporated in 2000. These companies were established
to handle the corporate business outside North America,
in the Caribbean and South America. Northern Biosafe Disposal
Inc. was activated in 2001 in order to establish an operation
in Ontario. This would then act as base for development
and research in North America as well as a biomedical waste
operation.
I. Who we are
BGP Inc. ( formerly INFECTRoL Inc. ). Is a Canadian company
involved in the manufacturing and sale of the Brookes Gasification
Process (machines ) the most effective process for destroying
hazardous waste and other waste material in an environmentally
friendly manner.
2. What do we do?
The company is involved in three primary duties:
A) The manufacture of various sizes
of BGP machines according to the requirements of the client.
At the present time the machines are manufactured in Toronto
but consideration would be given to manufacturing in other
locations.
B) The marketing and sale of the
machines in Canada and various other countries in the world.
It is noted that there is considerable interest in our machines
in many parts of the world. It is important that the company
develop not only a base in Canada but also develop a marketing
program in other countries as well since this is where a
large sales market exists. This will be done professionally
with well developed brochures, video material, internet
information, entertainment of individuals and companies,
and travel to develop contacts and close sales.
C) The commissioning, training
and maintenance program for the clients following the sale
of machines. This initial phase of getting the machines
operational and ensuring that they are properly maintained
to meet requirements of any warranties. There will also
be an appropriate service program in order to meet the requirements
of the company clients..

The company has been able to achieve it's present status
as a result of raising private money

The indications are that Government Ministries
of Environment, Health and agencies; hospital's as individual
or groups, private sector groups and foreign countries.
