Gordon J. Joyce, CEO Graduated from McMaster University in 1967 with a B.A. in Economics. Founder and President of Command Record Services Limited ("Command") from 1971 to 1987 -provider of document storage and disaster recovery services. Expanded Command throughout Canada via introduction of two franchises and acquisition of three similar companies. Sold Command to Moore Business Forms and Systems ("Moore") and then served as President for four years. Also served as a member of Moore's worldwide Senior Executive Committee and North America'sOperating Committee Instrumental in Moore's strategic growth initiatives into the United States and Mexico.

William H. Jennings, Treasurer
