What is Brookes Gasification
The Brookes Gasification Process represents a leading global gasification technology for efficient/safe/economical disposal of agricultural and hazardous waste and concomitant energy production.
BGP Inc. manufactures and sells six different gasification models ranging in both size and type (stationary and mobile) with the ability to dispose of from a few hundred pounds to twenty five tons of matter within a 24 hour period.
How Does This Technology Work?
The process is highly efficient. Once the waste material being gasified achieves a predetermined temperature, the Brookes Gasification Process Units may not require any additional external energy or fuel source - the unit can achieve a "self sustaining", or perpetual burn rate using the waste material as fuel.
Minimal Maintenance and Simple to Operate: The Gasification Units have been designed to require minimal maintenance and are easy to operate.
Scaleable and Mobile: These machines are sized to meet the individual customer requirements. Each machine is created to be flexible for movement and placement in various positions within your property.

Agricultural Uses
BGP Inc. has different units to handle farm mortality, manures, litter and sludge. The processing volume ranges from 300lbs up to 25 Tons of material per day.
